Training system: Row cultivation with Guyot pruning

Harvest: Exclusively manual, usually in October
Vinification: Maceration for fifteen days. After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine refines throughout the winter in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol
