The Vineyards

Our grapes are cultivated in three vineyards spread over 5 hectares of land.

The vineyards are rigorously cultivated in total respect of the organic method and planted in rows, with excellent exposure and sunlight. They are pruned with the Guyot system to ensure optimum growth.

Colle Mozzo: hilly terrain planted in rows between Colonna and Monti Prenestini. Montepulciano and Cesanese black grapes, Malvasia del Lazio white grapes.

Quarticcioli: hilly terrain with rows of vines between Monti Prenestini and Monti delle Faete. Montepulciano black variety, Cesanese black variety, Malvasia del Lazio white variety, Trebbiano toscano white variety, Bombino white variety.

Pigno: strong soil for the rows that descend on the slopes of Rome and Frascati. White variety of Malvasia del Lazio, white variety of Malvasia di Candia, white variety of Trebbiano toscano.
